At Sabre Paris, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your flatware. If your purchase is not exactly what you were looking for, you may return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Sabre Paris boxes, ensuring all pieces are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
